Non-Immigrant Petitions:

H-1B and H-1B1 Petitions: The fee for larger employers (over 25 full-time employees) is now $780, increased from $460. Smaller employers retain the $460 fee.

H-2B Petitions (Named Beneficiaries): Fee for larger employers raised to $1,080; smaller employers’ fee is $540.

L-1 Petitions: Larger employers will see a new fee of $1,385; smaller employers will pay $695.

O Petitions: Fee increases to $1,055 for larger employers, with $530 for smaller employers.

Other Non-Immigrant Petitions (E, H-3, P, Q, R, TN): $1,015 for larger employers and $510 for smaller ones.
